What are the differences between mechanical presses and hydraulic presses

One: mechanical press force machine is divided into two types of curved-arm type (punch press) and screw type (friction press, cool-action press).

The curved arm type press is to transfer force by curved arm, characterized by; fast running speed, high efficiency, the work stroke is fixed and not adjustable, overload operation is strictly prohibited. Generally used for punching down, punching, stretching forming, etc.

Friction press is driven by the wheel plate friction wheel by inertia rotating screw transfer force, the characteristics are; in the effective working range of the screw is not limited, transfer pressure, work efficiency is moderate. The operation is not easy to control. Generally used for material correction; simple molding; die-casting line cavity molding, etc. Sharp press is mainly used for stretching and forming work, which relies on the direct transmission of force by the screw.

Mechanical press 1. fast operation, high efficiency, low cost, control part is relatively simple, easy to maintain, 2; small working table, in order to increase its transfer power is generally equipped with counterweight wheel (flywheel) large size, running noise, vibration.

2. hydraulic press is generated through the hydraulic pump with the pressure of the liquid through the control circuit hydraulic actuators to transmit power, the liquid medium is water, emulsion; hydraulic oil.

Features are large working pressure, smooth operation, work stroke can be freely controlled by a large range of adjustment, a large working space, moderate work efficiency, can complete the vast majority of mechanical presses, wide range of applications. Hydraulic press configuration is more complex, slightly larger presses are generally equipped with independent pumping stations, control parts and circuits are more complex, the cost is relatively high.

Hydraulic presses

1. hydraulic press is generated through the hydraulic pump with the pressure of the liquid through the control circuit hydraulic actuators to transmit power, the liquid medium is water, emulsion; hydraulic oil. Features are large working pressure, smooth operation, work stroke can be freely controlled by a large range of adjustment, work space, moderate work efficiency, can complete most of the work of mechanical presses, a wide range of applications. Hydraulic press configuration is more complex, slightly larger presses are generally equipped with independent pumping stations, control parts and circuits are more complex, the cost is relatively high.

2. mechanical press force machine is divided into curved-arm type (punch) and screw type (friction press, crisp press) two types.

The curved arm type press is to transfer the force of the curved arm, characterized by; fast running speed, high efficiency, the work stroke is fixed non-adjustable, overload operation is strictly prohibited. Generally used for punching down, punching, stretching forming, etc.

Friction press is driven by friction wheel by inertia rotating screw transfer force, the characteristics are; in the effective working range of the screw is not limited, transfer pressure, work efficiency is moderate. 1. Fast operation, high efficiency, low cost, simple control part, easy maintenance.

2. The working table is small, and the counterweight wheel (flywheel) is generally equipped to increase its power transmission, and it is noisy and vibrates a lot when running.
